Paul Mantey's session focuses on how Virtualization, Management and Automation technologies deliver benefits beyond infrastructure and operations to applications development and the entire enterprise. Working in concert, these technologies reduce infrastructure costs, improve IT agility and improve the alignment between IT and the business.
Speaker Biography
Paul Mantey holds 11 patents for his contributions to systems architecture, integration testing, and management hardware design and is the Virtualization Program Manager for HP's Americas Regional Business Unit. He is passionate about exploring and developing new technologies to improve customer processes and technologies. Prior to this position, Paul specialized in hardware architecture and system design as a Hardware Development Engineer in HP's Fort Collins Systems and Technology Labs. The labs develop mid-range cell-based systems for the HP Integrity and HP9000 product lines.
Paul received a BA in History from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
