Nth events are complimentary for qualified IT Professionals Only. Submitting requests for attendance does not confirm your registration. You will be sent an email confirmation if your request is approved.

MARKETING AGREEMENT
Nth Generation will use the information you provide at registration to maintain communications and updates regarding this event along with Nth Generation marketing. We may share your information with partnering technologies (aka Sponsors) of this event. However, we will not sell your personal and/or business information to outside sources. If you opt into receiving a gift, Nth will store your home/business address and information provided for this event and future gifts. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information. 

 

MULTI MEDIA AGREEMENT

I hereby grant Nth Generation permission to use photographs, video footage, and/or sound bites of me (candid or posed) taken at Nth hosted events, whether in-person or virtual, for use in social media. I give Nth Marketing the rights to alter (crop, zoom, remove blemishes, color correct, etc.) and composite (place into designs) these images.

IN PERSON EVENTS: COVID-19 AGREEMENT

I agree no guarantee exists regarding whether or not I may contract COVID-19 (and/or variants) by attending this in-person event. I agree to abide by all protective measures put in place by Nth Generation and event venues concerning the event; and to follow local and state government guidelines regarding COVID-19 (and/or variants). I waive my right to bring suit against Nth, partnering sponsors, or event venue for any damages relating to any exposure to COVID-19 in connection with my attendance at the event and will hold Nth Generation harmless for any related claims or liability.
